Ms. Mixon joined MYCELX in 2004 and was responsible for rapidly developing the commercial and financial infrastructure to provide MYCELX products to a global customer base.

Prior to joining MYCELX in 2004, Ms. Mixon was a Director for Global Markets for Deutsche Bank. Her career with investment banks included pioneering Deutsche Bank’s institutional presence in the southern region of the United States. Before her tenure at Deutsche Bank, Ms. Mixon was Vice President at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Ms. Mixon holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School Emory University and a BA in politics from Wake Forest University.

Mr. Alper co-founded the Company with John Mansfield, Sr. in 1994. An inventor of chemistries and chemical processes, he has authored and been granted numerous patents in the areas of electrochemistry, polymer chemistry, and environmental technologies including approximately seventy for MYCELX oil removal chemistry and related applications.

A published author with over fifty scientific and technical papers to his credit, Mr. Alper is a member of numerous professional societies including NYAS (New York Academy of Sciences), AAAS (American Association for the Advancement of Science), ASNE (American Society of Naval Engineers), SNAME (Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers), NDIA (National Defense Industrial Association), AFS (American Filtration and Separation Society), ACS (American Chemical Society), and AICHE (American Institute of Chemical Engineers).

Mr. Alper is a recipient of the 2005 Ronald Reagon Gold Medal from the National Replublican Congressional Committee ('NRCC') for technological Innovation, is on the editorial board of Filtration News Magazine, and also serves on the Technical Advisory Board of Environmental Protection Magazine.

Ms. Slayton is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years of experience and has been with the Company for the past 10 years as its Corporate Controller and CFO. She was instrumental in the implementation of the expense control program and will continue driving these initiatives in her role.

Prior to joining MYCELX, she was the Corporate Controller for EyeWonder, Inc. Ms. Slayton holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from North Georgia College & State University.

Jim joined MYCELX in 2022, and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development, leading global business strategy efforts for the PFAS and Oil & Gas markets. With over 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, Jim brings deep expertise in environmental technologies and a passion for advancing clean water solutions. His leadership strengths include go-to-market strategy, CRM optimization, strategic planning, sales management, and team development. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive roles—including CEO, President, and Vice President—consistently driving growth across both municipal and industrial sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and remains committed to environmental innovation and sustainable water management.

Matthew leads project engineering at MYCELX. He works with integrated, major, and national oil companies across the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, the Permian Basin, Middle East EOR, and the Niger Delta.

Since joining MYCELX as a Chemical Engineer in October 2011, Matthew has worked in nearly every part of the business. As an Application Engineer covering North America and Asia, he was the primary technical contact for major and super-major clients. He took projects from first technology introduction through RFQ, start-up, and commissioning. In 2016 he moved to Houston as Global Manager of EOR Solutions and led the Company's expansion into produced water treatment for chemical and thermal EOR. That work continues to shape MYCELX's offering for the global EOR market.

From 2018 to 2022, Matthew was Engineering Manager in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. There he directed the design and execution of permanent and mobile water treatment systems within the SABIC petrochemical complex. He then returned to Houston as Engineering Director.

Matthew holds a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Tom Lamb joined the MYCELX Board in July 2019 as a Non-Executive Director and was Chair of the Compensation Committee until 1 December 2022, and since 24 October 2025. He is also a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees. He was Non-Executive Chairman by the Board from July 2021 to September 2025, and continued to act as a Non-Executive Director from September 2025 to 1 August 2026 when he was reappointed as Interim Non-Executive Chairman.

Mr. Lamb has a wealth of strategic and operating expertise in the industrial and technology sectors, having spent over 30 years driving organic growth and leading businesses in multiple international settings. He has served in several executive leadership roles in public and private companies and his previous experience includes Chairman and CEO of Agilex Flavors and Fragrances, President and CEO of C.P. Kelco/J.M. Huber Corporation and Executive VP of Lexmark International. Mr. Lamb has also served on the boards of several for-profit companies in chemical, technology and healthcare spaces. Mr. Lamb received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Union College in Schenectady, New York.

Torben Wetche joined the MYCELX Board as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, and as a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committees on 1 July 2026. Mr Wetche brings over three decades of financial leadership experience across global manufacturing, industrial and distribution sectors.

He has extensive experience as an operational Chief Financial Officer and as a director, and has a strong track record of delivering sustainable value creation, improving performance and leading international growth and strategic transformation across multi-plant complex global organisations. He has held various CFO roles at organisations including STO Corp., SP Fiber Technologies, Alcan Cable, EXAL Corporation, Schweitzer-Mauduit International Inc., Performance Fibers, CP Kelco, Carmeuse North America and Heidelberg Americas Inc, operating across both private equity-backed, privately owned and publicly-listed companies. Mr Wetche earned a bachelor’s degree from The East Asiatic Company’s internal Business School and an MBA from Georgia State University, and is fluent in six languages.
